ADA Policy and Caregivers

Anime Wonder welcomes attendees with disabilities and their caregivers. The following policy outlines the guidelines for caregivers attending the event with a paid ticket holder.

Requirements:

• Caregivers must have a paid ticket to attend the event, which must be purchased at the same rate as a standard ticket.

• Caregivers must accompany a paid ticket holder who requires their assistance during the event.

Responsibilities:

• The caregiver is responsible for providing assistance to the paid ticket holder as needed during the event.

• The paid ticket holder and caregiver are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary tickets and that they comply with this policy.

ADA Accessibility

We’re more than happy to welcome patrons and fans with special needs for the enjoyment of their attendance at our events. Manual or automated Wheelchairs are welcomed.

ADA Rentals

For more information on ADA rentals, please be sure to search for local wheelchair rental companies in the cities of each event location.

ADA Restrooms

Our ADA accessible restrooms will be available within event grounds (outdoor and in-door events) in the same area as our generic public restrooms. Be sure to follow the signs and event grounds map.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcomed only under the condition of providing legal documentation supporting your request. Service animals must be trained, leashed, curbed and supervised at all times. Any attendee with a service animal will be responsible and liable for any damage or injuries caused by the service animal. Fines and potential imprisonment will occur If a service animal is injured.
